Stay away from this place! Im glad I didn’t waste my time and drive to this location. I was highly disappointed when I called to get information about MRI pricing, a receptionist by the name of Farlene answered and was extremely rude, unprofessional and didnt seem to know what she was talking about. Worst of all she refused to transfer me to someone with a better understanding. Her customer service is horrible, she has no manners . I don’t understand why they have anyone like her answering the phones she honestly should not be answering the phones or dealing with people. I truly wish I could rate this place a 0!

I hadn’t met my insurance deductible yet, and my health care provider wanted to charge me over $3,000 for a hip MRI. I am so thankful to have found Pan Am Open MRI. I saved over $2,550 by going there. In addition, they were wonderful from the beginning to the end. The staff was very accommodating in terms of scheduling my appt, and providing all the necessary information. The open MRI made it the easiest MRI I’ve ever had. They provided me the CD report within minutes of the MRI being completed. Special kudos to Cynthia, who went above and beyond in ensuring my doctor’s office received the written report. I hope I don’t need other MRI’s, but if I do, I’ll definitely be returning there. I highly recommend them.

As soon as i entered the place, i was attended to immediately. Staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. At no point during visit did i like my time had been wasted. Besides being a large person fitting into the MRI was a bit of a tight squeeze the experience overall was really good. If i need to get another MRI, i would come here again and again.

I have been here to Pan Am Diagnostics MRI several times and the staff here is just the most genuine people who are very well trained for service and personality and know how to take care of their patients and as soon as you come through the door and til you exit and such a clean environment and equipment an attitude and I have never been treated so great.Luz,Laydi,Cynthia are the best .Really know the service world.Kudos to Pan Am Diag. Very professional staff. Made me feel at ease when I panicked in the closed MRI and switched me to the open MRI with no problem. Thought I could handle a closed MRI but that wasn't the case. ?
