I was greeted immediately as i walked into the clinic and my wait was less than 20 minutes. The nurse that took me back was very pleasant and friendly and she explained what she was going to next.
I had an c-ray within 5 minutes after being in the room.
The Doctor came in the room after my X-ray was completed to explain everything. I was in and out of the clinic within 45 minutes with everything explained to me and a prescription called into my pharmacy.
Staff were excellent!
Facility was very clean.

They were caring and prompt. My 2 year old was really sick, and we were originally told the earliest appointment was at least an hour before they could see him. We decided to go to go grab breakfast to kill time and the receptionist ran outside, & tapped on our car window telling us not to leave because an earlier slot opened up. I was really happy with the care here.

First time at Piedmont Urgent Care and had a great experience. Easy check in, told me the wait time and it was exactly spot on. Once called back triage went quickly and I was taken to a room. The doctor was prompt, friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely return if the need arises.

Everyone was so friendly and outgoing. They told us everything they were doing, consulted co-workers for a second opinion, and made sure my son felt comfortable with everything they were doing. Full of compliments! Just an overall wonderful experience! It was refreshing.

Going here was the best idea I could have possibly had. I was treated quickly with kindness, respect, gentleness and care at a time when I really needed it. The energy in this place was phenomenal. I had a very pleasant experience. I had an 11 am appointment and I think I was calmed back at 11:02 am. The nurse was very thorough in taking my medical history and Dr. Stewart was very attentive to my complaints and explained all of her reasoning in detail that I could understand. I would highly recommend.

I visited on a Sunday, December 8th around 6pm. The girl checking patients in was not friendly at all and this is the only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5, but other than that once I got back everyone else was great! Very concerned and caring individuals.. a sick patient needs that TLC when they come and felt it from the back staff for sure.

Everyone at this clinic was extremely attentive, thorough, respectful, and super caring. I got off work and came home to a sick child made the appointment online as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the nicest staff sat down for maybe five minutes and we called back 10 out of 10 services. You ladies should pat yourselves on the back.
