Great company that uses integrity.
They own their entire lab. Other drug testing providers are forced to send their tests out to random labs throughout the US making the turn around time take forever.

A provider I had sent off a sample without my permission, to be used in an additional test I had not approved or consented to. This company is attempting to bill me now, even though I have the bill for the service they allegedly provided as one of the itemized services rendered by the provider, which I paid for. These jokers keep billing me and their billing department will tell you to talk to your insurance or the provider that cursed you with them, both of whom will also give you the run around. Yeah, the people I talk to at the provider on the phone might admit the sample was improperly sent off with no patient consent, and my HCI was disclosed to some random company in California, but they certainly aren't willing to phone up the lab and tell them that.

Deceptive billing practices. First time my lab work was sent in, it took the billing office two years to send it through my insurance. Clearly my insurance declined the claim. Then it took them three months the next time to send me a bill or send it into my insurance, ended up with $702 bill because their billing office has no idea what they’re doing . The two year old claim went through at the same time as the new claims. They didn’t allow me enough time to not get more lab work done, because I didn’t even know that I was being charged for these. When I spoke with the billing office the woman chuckled at the idea of me not having to pay part of it even though they’re incompetent. If I had adequate knowledge of the billing process I wouldn’t of had the last two tests done. The lab might be competent, but the billing office is not. They are unethical at the very least.

False ua result. My provider advised me to speak to them. I called and was told they could not discuss the results with me as I am not the client (my Dr is not me?) There is no way my report can be accurate. No one will speak to me about how this can be. What other things could have caused a false positive. I am sick. Doctor says talk to lab, lab says talk to doctor. And this false test result is damaging. And I don't know what I can do about it. This is wrong.
