Dr. Ali. Shadiyan's care made me feel that I was in safe hands. He responds to all my questions respectively and professionally. He is a great health provider.
Also, The Nurse was knowledgeable and fast.

I was able to get in Quickly. Assistant and Dr. Ali P.A. were very helpful and courteous. They could see I was miserable and took all the steps needed to make me comfortable and ensure I had proper medication to help me recover as well as recommended a chest X-ray right away. Results were back in less than 2 hrs.

Best experience ever at a walk in clinic. The staff was friendly and the wait was minimal. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I saw NP Jiwan. She was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. This will be my go to place the next time I need quick medical assistance.

So, first off, I have to say that it was super easy to check in here, and they saw me fast. The person at the counter was nice, and helped me to get through some of the insurance stuff more easily. The real highlight, though, was the doctor, Jiwan. She was extremely kind and empathetic. Where my PCP had been kind of brushing me off, Jiwan actually listened to my concerns, helped calm my anxiety about the situation, and gave me a better understanding of the issue... including filling me in on some info my PCP should have told me. She even went to the extra effort of double checking her idea with a colleague and ensuring that I didn't get referred to a specialist I'd had a terrible experience with. Honestly, I came away from this feeling cared for and relieved, which is what ya should get at your doctor. *And* I didn't have to go bankrupt to do it.

I definitely recommend it.

We’ve been to Premium urgent care many time over the last couple of years and we always have a pleasant visit. The online check in makes everything so easy and when you get to the actual waiting room, it’s a very quick wait before being seen. We went in today and saw Sukhjiwan Kaur N.P. and she made my son feel so comfortable and heard when he was trying to describe how he was feeling. She was so lovely and answered all of his questions and my questions. Highly recommend this urgent care always!

Front desk staff are friendly
Not happy that ID and insurance card kept for sometime and not scanned immediately at PT watching. Not sure why it was taken to the back and took more than 10 minutes to process.
( must be scanned immediately and returned to PT while standing to avoid identity thefts)
Waiting room is ok size if they are busy it would be small
Cleanness- is ok
NP- Rajdeep is amazing 5/5 stars very knowledgeable/ confident and very sweet. Provided me with excellent treatment in office and medication sent to pharmacy. Start feeling better immediately after office treatment.

I was able to fill out the papers easily online the day I wanted to be seen, and walk-in was simple and quick that way. Ali, the PA, saw me quick and helped me with my pain issue. He was kind and explained to me what was going on. I had a likely diagnosis, a prescription, and a few next steps when I was all done. Would recommend.
