If bungur medical Centre send you there for ct scan don’t go there you will be unfit 100%because they are already fixed with bungur medical Centre bungur talking half money from ct scan..I personally experience this they give me defected reports in my lungs but when I came to my place I checked up with doctor my report is normal..worst experience ever only Kolkata bagali will be passed there if other nationality you will be failed there..

There have no punctuality...we are getting harassment for report two days...they are also talk about absent of dr.

I was told that the report would be available after three hours, although I received my report after seven hours and the reason was that, the doctor did not come in the morning as per receptionist. And there is no more substitute plan. The most important thing, the receptionist has no skills to explain any kind of problem to the customer.

I had taken the services of probe diagnostic through Mr Dibakar Das, for my mother, haltar and echo- doppler… the home service for haltar test was facilitated by Mr Suman. He took complete ownership and even facilitated the echo - Doppler test in the center. He ensured that the reports were delivered on time. Definitely i would recommend this centre to all in Kolkata
However, the facility needs to be more clean and maintenance needs to be improved

There is this one employee/clerk (nicknamed Laltu) who goes through the test reports (out of curiosity). Reports of the patients are supposed to be confidential the reason why they are put in envelopes. Kindly look into the matter and fire these dishonest staffs. This has happened with me twice. Extremely dissatisfied and should it happen again, I will be compelled to take action.
