So far I have been extremely impressed with the amount of care and follow through that I have experienced as a new patient at Progressive Medical. They took the time to take a detailed history and have addressed all of my concerns quickly and thoroughly. Every person I’ve come in contact at Progressive has been so professional and kind. My first time at Progressive Medical literally changed the course of my life. My rheumatologist told me that I had a rare and incurable autoimmune disease and prescribed addictive pain medication. I couldn't believe how much time the Progressive team spent with me, compared to the 15 minutes I had with my conventional doctor. Within 6 months of doing all the testing and protocol, my blood labs came back completely normal, and all my pain and exhaustion disappeared. Now 15 years later, there is no one else I would trust to help me through my leukemia battle. They are working closely with my oncologist, and I am almost undetectable. Progressive is the best investment I have ever made in my health.

I always have a good experience when I go to Progressive. Doctor appointments can be very intimidating especially when the goal is trying to get healthy and trust is a hard thing to come by. Starting with Bertie Morris and the doctors down to the assistants, everyone is very welcoming and make sure I am getting the right care. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

I did a consultation here and they came off like used car salesman. It didn't seem terribly evidence-based. There was a big focus on my weight which I didn't like because I am not significantly overweight. And I live an extremely healthy lifestyle. The nurse practitioner made a point to comment on my diet as well. Would not recommend.

Edit: I love how they doubled down on my weight being so dangerous when my MD didn't think it was a concern. Snake oil salesman. I'm 170lbs and 5'7". I go to the gym 6x a week. So beware if you're bigger than me. They'll give you hell!

(December, 2024) Unfortunately there has been a problem with every appointment since then (and honestly a problem with the second one, though it was fixed quickly and efficiently by Bertie), and although I am grateful for answers to a near life long struggle, since getting them, I just feel like another number/payment...not valued or heard (except by Bertie). Disappointed. Recommended (their own) supplements which contain ingredients that I am allergic to (found by testing done at their facility). Emails go unanswered, questions are left dangling, and getting someone to answer the phone is next to impossible. The store is often out of what you need/are prescribed. The initial dietitian I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful, but the second one had nothing to add and did not answer my questions, but kept recommending foods and supplements that are on my allergy list. Its a lot of money to pay for treatment that is out of almost all networks to be treated just like big medicine treated me.

(April, 2024) Only two appointments in and I am finally getting answers after so many years of not being heard. I cannot say enough about the patient navigator, Bertie! She is kind, responsive and a great problem solver - certainly goes above and beyond! Kellan was very sweet and understanding during my first visit and the lab techs and financial consultant were kind and patient. Dr. Davis was thorough and patient and fielded all my (billion) questions after being handed my file and put on the spot when Dr. Williams stood me up. I am looking forward to chatting with Nicki next week, who has been flexible and responsive too. Most of these have been organized by Bertie, who again is really amazing at her job!

Just started with Progressive Medical on September 4,2024 and my follow up appointment to go over my blood work was Monday September 16,2024, Dr. Breana Davis was very thorough and helpful with all of my concerns and comments. I am excited to start this new process. It’s a lot of information, but I am confident that they will help me Start a new journey and healthy lifestyle.
