The office is the nicest and most well ran in town.
I was able to get an appointment quickly, the office staff is super kind, they walked through the insurance copay as well as the procedure.
They got me in early because I got my appointment time confused. The lady doing my test was very kind and explained everything. From now on I will request Quest.
I went to Kern Radiology yesterday and it was a mess. They scheduled me but then couldn’t find my appointment. Couldn’t do my test until 6 hours later and I couldn’t eat or drink anything before the test so I was out food or water for 12 hours. I went back to do the test and they didn’t have the approval for part of my test so they couldn’t complete it. No one knew what they were doing, the wait time was super long.

A wonderful place! I can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. I was terrified by the possibilities of the tests I was having done, not to mention terribly sick. Their "handling" of me was deeply reassuring without being mushy. I knew they cared and were going to do their best to get me in quickly and make me as comfortable as was humanly possible. The office and equipment are also extremely clean. You can't do better than to go to this place.

Staff were gracious and polite, even when multitasking and addressing a variety of clients. The checkin and registering process were streamlined and confidential. The changing area was clean and well equipped: I did not anticipate feeling so comfortable as I prepared for my procedure. The kind and welcoming soul who actually took the images had a soothing bedside manner; her confidence and her gentle approach put me at ease (I’m not a huge fan of disrobing in the presence of strangers), and her efficiency took no more than five minutes before I was dressing and getting ready to leave.

Excellent staff and technicians that treated me as an individual and answered all of my questions. I was impressed that they worked with me to schedule convenient appointment times even those made at the last minute. I also like that they have the most up to date equipment for mammograms. I only wish their waiting room chairs were more comfortable.

Was so nervous walking in due to what the issue was. But from the moment I walked in to moment I left I was greeted with a smile and very nice polite staff. The tech that did my ultrasound I loved her she was great talked with me the whole time. Explained things.. she was awesome. All around great staff place very clean.

The imaging department was efficient and the staff was quite polite and professional. Overall good experience. I was rather disappointed by the billing department though. I received my bill in the mail with only 3 business days to pay before it would be overdue. I paid immediately but find that turnaround time a bit unreasonable.

I apologize, I usually get the technician's name and write a referral while still in the office, but i had to arrange to get the mammogram done early because i recently became employed and needed it done while not during school hours. The technician apologized for the delay in getting me in--honestly it gave me time to breathe...The technician was very careful, no doubt she's see many extremes when it comes to breast size be it small of massive. She was very gentle with what little i had to offer. It's always rather humbling but we made it through! I appreciated her sensitivity. She was very professional; but warm and kind.
