I called to make an appointment for (2) CT exams, one for lower back and other for neck. I was able to get dates sets for the exams within 5 days-YES!
I had previously called Kern Radiology, asking for the same. They had my exams set for three weeks away. That was the soonest, I said no way and canceled them.
Everyone at Quest has been nice and wonders to work with, thank you and good bye to Kern Rad!

The receptionist at the Quest Imaging Stockdale location is extremely rude. I agree with all the previous reviews about her. I stopped by this location to get a copy of my Stat ultrasound report, and she told me that it wouldn't be available until next week. When I told her that the other location told me that I would be able to get a copy by today since it was stat, her tone of voice changed. Her tone was very condescending. She has no customer service skills and seems to hate her job.

Quest chose to remove their receptionists - I had to help so many old people navigate difficult automated check-in machines, some not feeling well with cancer, etc, and it makes me really sad to see a company who made $1B in profits alone last year choosing cost-cutting and profits over the care of their patients (and our community) to this extent.

I signed in for a walk-in appt while fasting and waited for over an hour with no end in sight as to when I would be called. At the recommendation of my girlfriend, I finally gave up on Quest and drove to another local lab and was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The other lab accepted my low level insurance, and there was a real person waiting to say hello at the desk when I walked in and cheerfully help with quick registration.

My recommendation would be to avoid Quest and seek out smaller local labs (of which there are many) for a much better experience and to support more ethical business practices.

I would like to know why the front receptionist so rude? She doesn’t even look at you, when she ask for your information there’s not even a please this not the first time, I actually left because of this and went to the Chester location.

Best prices across Bakersfield. Quest is just awesome you take it prices, staff, timelines, call them each and every step was just wonderful experience for me. Front end staff are very friendly same as advisors, technicians even the training staff each and everyone are just awesome. I think I had the best experience and suggest everyone to visit them if there is a requirement. God bless everyone and keep away from all medical needs everyone should be healthy. But if there is a need I would suggest Quest.

Hate this place.no help and u have to use a kiosk to make an appointment.seen 2 patients get told they were at the wrong building,after waiting 30 minutes.this sucks
