I was pleasantly surprised how well organized they were. The setup and the building itself is pretty nicely done along with compliance. It is not a secluded place; they have fire extinguishers, the staircase is wide enough, and the lifts are also pretty solid. I know these are basic things, but when you look at different diagnostic centres across the country, some of these are often ignored.

They did encourage us to come in the morning to avoid the delay that happens once people start rushing in the afternoon. That was a very good advice because we were able to get the MRI scan, the CT scan, and the X-ray within an hour.

They told us that they would deliver the report by 3:30 pm in the afternoon, and I was able to collect it right on time without any further delays.

Overall a very good experience, and yes, the charges do look pricey. But they are professional.

The diagnostic services are very good. However if the system of registration,especially in the early morning can be organized better it will help a lot. If patients who have come without even a cup of cofee become irritable the results of their test can get distorted.

Staff is rude. Doctors are very good. Staff need to honour the queue and not jump the queue at their whims and fancies. While I was in the queue they allowed two other people to go for scan while keeping me waiting. When I asked why they did not even bother to answer. I would not like to visit such place if not for Dr TG Suresh working here and therefore compelled to go there to meet him.

Test rates are too high. Almost double of rates outside. Long waiting for ultrasound. It took 3 hours for one US scan. If you are charging such premium rates then at least give parking space or assistance . There is no parking. The staff isn’t all polite as well.
Won’t recommend them for any services. Go there if you have ample time and money. Highly disappointed 👎🏻

Hello, I visit this Diagnostic center for the tests and check-up, I find this centre clean and hygienic.
reception desk is very cooperative and cardiology Sarita gives proper information about the tests and i feel this is good centre to visit if you look for such investigations. Although, the cost of the investigations are little higher but we can expect good reports and in given time.
Moreover, Doctors and other staffs are also kind and gives proper information.

I kindly request Ragavs Diagnostic to maintain the same quality. Thank you for your service!

I had taken MRI of my mother in 24 oct 2024 and misplaced the reports whereas i had the film. When I visited this place they said they don't have copy of reports (it's a bit above a year). I was requesting re review of the film and was willing to pay. I had to visit this center two times and on both occasions waited more than an hour as they keep telling you to wait. Finally they asked me to pay rs 2000 to provide a report based on the film i had (I feel it's too high). Looks like they don't care about customer service. I don't think I will ever visit this place again
