Upon check-in, the lady was kind of rude to me. She said I was very early, but the lady that set my appointment told me to come at that time and I tried to explain to her that’s why I gave y’all a low rate but the lady that did my Sonogram she was very nice. She need a raise.

Workers were top notch. I was surprised when a customer came in playing very very loud music using nasty words and no one that I saw addressed the problem with this customer. Finally the music was turned off and the customer was causing a seen on the phone talking VERY load and language was also unpleasant. I have no plans to go to that sight ever again. This is a really bad situation/place to be found in. Very disappointed with such a beautiful building and 1 person makes the inside so so ugly😟

I was very pleased with the care I received at Rayus when I went for my diagnostic mammogram. All the staff where very helpful and thorough. They did a great job communicating what to expect and were thoughtful in so many little ways throughout each procedure. The scheduling of my appointment was quick too! Overall, I left feeling like they cared and wasn't just another number.

Rayus gets a 10 from me. From start to finish they were on point. All questions were answered and my fears subsided. I am extremely claustrophobic and was doing an MRI. Best MRI experience ever. They will definitely be my go to, for future needs.

Having to go for an annual breast screening is not a favorite on any one’s list but RAYUS really helped calm the fear and anxiety. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the time I walked through the door. The technician was gentle and explained every step of the process. She even took the time to explain that because I had dense breast, it may result in additional testing but not to panic, just take it one step at a time. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

My most recent appointment was the best! The front desk receptionists were professional, and friendly. My exam technician was awesome! I believe her name is Kimberly. Her attitude was amazing. My exam experience was wonderful!

I had a great experience. I didn't get their names but both were men that worked Fri 11/29/24. My husband was in need of special attention/accommodation due to his illnesses and they were very patient and made it easy for him to relax and successfully complete his scan. There also was another incident that I don't want to add but the tech handle it with patience and care as well. Thank them both!
