Although the wait was long the day after Christmas, the staff gave many options so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. The nurses and nurse practitioner was awesome and right on with the diagnosis! Would definitely come back if needed!

The wait time seems a bit excessive but I overheard one of the staff mentioning they were short-staffed today which may be why it took over 2 hours from arrival to departure. The nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful but the nurse who got my vitals did the tightest BP cuff I’ve ever had in 45 years of my life, to the point it was actually painful. She also only swabbed me for strep, and the nurse practitioner had to come back in and order more swabs to rule out Covid or flu as well, which seems a natural process this time of year.
I will continue coming here if needed in the future but the extra long wait time when feeling unwell really does seem longer than normal for there to only have been 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived.

This was my first visit to RedMed, and I had my hesitations. Thankfully, I had a great experience. The front desk staff was kind and respectful. The nurse practitioner, Ms. Martin, sat down in the room and took time to listen.
The wait was reasonable for an urgent care clinic. I was out in a total of two hours.

Ginny, Jordan, Faith, and all of the rest of the staff were fabulous. They were attentive, kind, and took care of my husband/I in a professional manner. The facility is nice and clean. The staff is awesome and the wait time was minimal.

ETA: I called Monday to talk to a director and was told to give my number and they would call me back. It is now Friday. And no word from anyone.

Run. Far, far away.

I was VERY sick, had to be seen multiple times within 3 weeks. Had to have breathing treatments, X-rays, even a steroid via IV. My O2 was dripping with movement, I couldn’t breathe without wheezing. It was the worst I have ever felt in my entire life. I was told my paperwork I needed for my absences at my job would be filled out…. When I picked it up (and PAID for it) it had one day on it, when it was supposed to have 4. And the doctor put on my paperwork that I had no physical limitations and in turn, could work. I called as soon as I realized and told them I would lose my job.. and how is it not a limitation if I couldn’t move without my O2 dropping? I was told after arguing for an hour about what was missing and not done, that they would REDO my paperwork. And that it would include all 4 dates and a physical limitation. My spouse heard this entire phone call. I had to call 3 times to ask about that paperwork and Monday was told they would redo that day…. And am now being told on Friday that they will NOT redo my paperwork.

I am now going to be fired… I have four kids. I was told I would be taken care of (they have done this paperwork for me before, I have the proof) and they lied to me and I am going to lose my means of living. I am absolutely devastated by the lack of care and stress this place has put me through. Stay far away.

I was seen promptly considering the number of patients in the waiting room. Staff were attentive and courteous. NP was professional and thorough in evaluating and discussing my symptoms and issue.
