The staff was absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time. They explained everything they were doing. They had changing rooms and gave me privacy when I needed it. They kept me in the loop on how long it would take to get results. They asked which doctors I wanted results sent to since I was getting multiple tests. They have to be the most organized place I've been to in a while. Thank you guys. I was also late due to my baby having an emergency that morning, and they were so kind to me. I will always use Reno Diagnostic!

The whole experience was smooth and efficient. The facility was easy to find. The receptionist was friendly and informative. The provider was gentle and asked questions pertaining to the exam. I left with my dignity intact when this type of exam has been known to freak me out. Seriously.

I was a walk in for an X-ray. The fellow at the check in counter was nice as can be. After checking in the back to see how long it would be. He informed me just. A few minutes after he checked me in. I finished my paperwork and took a seat. Within 10 minutes I was in the back.
The girls in doing my X-ray were also very nice and efficient. My whole visit was a good experience and only took about 30 minutes.

I have been there about 3-4 times in this last year doing ultrasounds and all I can say is that it is a different experience every time. The first time was good because the woman was kind and understanding of how vulnerable i was and talked me through it. The gel was warm and she told me every step as she was doing it. When I was done she walked me to the bathroom right next door where I could privately clean up, get dressed and wash my hands.
The next few times, however, were lacking in compassion for sure. The lack of privacy was unsettling having to change behind a curtain that doesn’t close all the way. There’s no locker or anything to put your things so you have to hold your hospital gown closed while carrying your purse jacket and clothes walking down the hall to your room.
When we got to the room and I laid down, she didn’t even warn me before she inserted the wand for the ultrasound. She didn’t speak to me the entire time. Just silence till she was done and then pretty much stared at me until I grabbed all my things to walk back. Then I had to carry all that stuff back to change back into my clothes with the ultrasound gel running down my leg because they didn’t let me clean myself up until I got back to the curtain. When i got back to the curtain I felt very exposed trying to clean myself up but they didn’t give me a towel or anything. There were just wet wipes… I don’t know if you have ever tried to clean up gel with wet wipes but it’s a lot harder than you think. Then you just throw it in an open trash can right there where all the woman before you have done the same thing. It’s unclean and it’s dehumanizing. When I was done, she was standing there waiting on me and just escorted me out so I couldn’t even wash my hands.
Honestly, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the first woman and the front desk staff are wonderful. The next 3 visits were horrible.

Everybody here was extremely attentive and friendly. I was very anxious for my procedure and the process ended up being very easy and much faster than I expected. The nursing staff and billing staff were both very nice and took plenty of time to answer my questions. I got my results back quickly. I would absolutely come here again for imaging needs.

I had an MRI done here and it was fast, easy and painless. They were very friendly and personable. The only concern I had was getting details to the doctors as they sent it via fax which seems a bit Stone Age for such a high tech industry. But it’s just a perception as everything worked well and the results turned out great!

Had my annual mammogram and required ultrasound without a hitch! I arrived 10 minutes early and had my procedure start even before my actual appointment time. Check-in was super easy, The people were nice and the location was right in the middle of Reno, easy to get to. I went to the Eureka Street location. Excellent experience.

I've been getting my mammograms here for several years. I love the fast service and gentle techs. I have never waited more than a few minutes after arrival, and all techs are women. There is also a separate woman only waiting area as well.
