I love this office! The front office and medical assistants are always kind a professional! I see the PA Brittany and she has been absolutely amazing! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains things to me in a way that is easily for me to understand . Brittany is so personable, I feel like I’ve know here forever. I have been a patient here for 11 years and I am so thankful to have found such a great group ! If you’re looking for a primary care team that really puts the patient first ,this is the group to come too!!

This is a super busy office. I was checking in for an appointment and the girls at the front desk were all over the phones answering them and helping the callers as much as possible ALL while helping me make sure I was checked in correctly.

I've had no issues whatsoever. As with any doctors office, there is a wait time. It's not too crazy. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Took my kid for a sport physical earlier this year. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the check up went smoothly. They ensured my daughter felt comfortable during the exam. 5 stars!

This place never respected my time. I have a telehealth appointment today, 10 min after my appointment should start, the doctor's assistant called me saying the doctor will be with me in 15 min. I waited for ONE HOUR and called them and the office closed. Save yourself and skip them. They don't know how to respect people.

The front desk lady did not listen to anything I was saying, was not answering very simple questions, and was generally rude and impatient. She hung up on me mid-sentence. Will definitely not be going here.

If you like disorganized places then this is your spot. If you have an appointment at 2 expect to be called back at 3. This is the worst place go somewhere else.

I still haven’t gotten my X-rays uploaded to the portal. It was ordered by urgent care and never sent to my Dr.

This office is terribly managed and highly disrespectful to their patience. They have a very poorly trained front desk who puts clients on hold and ignores them for up to 20 minutes. I would recommend going to another practice and the front desk should be fully reprimanded.
