I have only ordered one test through them, but it was a great experience, especially that they do respond to customer’s emails right away. A big thing for me by now.
I do like their “on demand” menu of tests, and it’s very easy and affordable to get a host of tests done very conveniently.

Excellent home testing service. Their tests are competitively priced, shipped out quickly, are easy to collect and the results are back in about a week with an explanation of the results. I've used several different companies for at home tests thru the years and this is by far my favorite. While I didn't need to reach out to customer service, I get the impression they would've been great had I contacted them.

The test was a very easy process. I have to say I couldn’t get all the blood needed with the lancets so they provided me with the name of the lab that could do it for me. All went well and I had the results in a short time.
I believe the results are accurate and are helping me with my eczema.
Very glad I did the food sensitivity test
I would recommend it to anyone is not feeling well and has tried the conventional western medicine methods without success .
