Mein Arbeitskollege teilte mir mit,dass er das Restaurant schon mehrmals besucht hätte und er hätte bis dato kein besseres BBQ Restaurant gefunden.
Sehr coole Einrichtung und cooles Graffiti an den Wänden.
Sehr viele außer Haus Bestellungen.
An manchen Tagen,spielen Musiker im Restaurant.
Die Speisen wurden an die hintere große Tafel an der Wand geschrieben.

I had rib tips, beans, potato salad and peach cobbler. The rib tips and beans were decent. A few rib tips were so tough I couldn’t eat them. I ended up throwing the potato salad away. It tasted like it was made with dill relish instead of sweet relish because the pickle taste was so strong & the flavor was really off. I also ended up throwing the peach cobbler away. It was heavy on the nutmeg and soggy. I’m not sure if I would give this place another try, especially since I don’t live in the area. On a good note, the cashier was really friendly and I didn’t have a long wait time.

I went today around lunchtime. The place was empty to my surprise. I used to frequent pretty often years ago bc I worked in the area. I decided to get a one meat plate with rib tips, potato salad, and baked beans. The price was $15.99 plus tax. My food came out quickly to my surprise. I noticed my plate felt a little light but chalked it up to me over thinking. When I got to my car and opened this plate, I was so upset. I felt like I was robbed. I then understood why the menu said no refunds at the bottom. They are literally robbing customers. I was served a child's portion for almost $20. The only thing big on my plate was the piece of Texas toast. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Especially when you can go to other BBQ places and get what you pay for plus some. This is ridiculous.

They smoked the macaroni and y'all!!! Ribs, sausage, and brisket all on point! Some of the best greens I've had in my life and my buddy said the banana pudding was so good and made him want to slap his momma! Staff was friendly, the food was amazing, and the restaurant was clean what more can you ask from a top-notch BBQ joint!

Being from Memphis this is the nastiest,coldest barbecue I’ve ever eaten! My greens and baked beans were cold and tasted like vinegar. The ribs and sausage were cold and look like they were warmed up in the microwave from yesterday the day before. also, the unsweetened tea tasted like lemon tea. avoid this place before door opening hours and give them time to cook fresh meat because they will serve you the leftover food from the night before and still take your money..
This place deserves a zero star if there ever was one.

Today was my first time at Smokey D'Z. I got the sloppy mess potato. This potato was so good and full of meat. I tried to be greedy and eat it all but I couldn't even eat half. That's ok I'll take the rest to work for lunch tomorrow. Thank you for the good food. I'll be back
