I love going to Dr. Sotelo office. Everyone is very courteous and nice. Sara is great as well. She’s takes her time with me since she knows I don’t like getting the shots especially around my face. But she’s good at what she does. I recommend all my friends go there and they have.I recommend one of my friends today and she is going to call next week or after the holidays. Great people and treats them with care and part of their family.

I had an awful experience till this day I am still upset of how arrogantly I was attended to. Their was no professionalism, Sotelo didn’t listen to me he condescended me by his judgment and dealt with me like a newbie to this knowledge of information it’s shameful how wrong he can treat people in their desperation for help. Thieves are everywhere and this one got me but won’t get God for so long that he will remember his place in this land. The sad part is that they have no shame nor fear but when it’s his skin turn it will be his skin turn the wheels are always changing Sotelo.

I've been taking my father in law to Dr. Sotelo for sometime. He is a wonderful doctor. I live in another town and I make the 1 hour trip so he can treat my father in law for all his skin concerns. The staff is professional and friendly. I've spoken to one of his nurses and she was attentive and understanding. The office is modern with very good lighting inside which makes it pleasant while waiting to see the doctor. The wait time is short. The best thing is that every time we leave, my father in law is very happy with the care and advice Dr. Sotelo gives him.
