I cannot say enough great things about my experience at South Florida Diagnostic Imaging. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and care. Unlike other places where you sometimes feel like just another number, here, I truly felt valued as an individual.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. They took the time to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine empathy made a stressful experience surprisingly pleasant.

If you're looking for a diagnostic center that combines expert care with a personal touch, this is the place]. They have set the bar incredibly high, and I will absolutely be returning here for any future needs. Thank you for going above and beyond! ?

I waited for 45 mnts without anyone acknowledging me. I had to go up to the guy in the back, and tell him that if he was aware that I was waiting. Neither one of them seemed interested in helping me. I was told to wait, after the person who came in after me went in first.I went in at 5:15 and left at 7:30 I will not be coming here again. I do not recommend this facility.

I had a 7PM MRI appointment. I arrived at 6:40PM. I was checked in, gowned, scanned, and walking out the door by 7:05PM. And all the staff were polite and supportive. Excellent option for imaging!

The appointment worked well and exam occurred as expected. However, I needed a receipt for my co-payment. Front desk couldn't provide () and asked me to call the billing department. One week calling the billing department - 3 to 4x a day - and leaving several messages. They never picked the phone nor returned my calls... and I still don't have the receipt. So simple and so complex... how

I would recommend this facility because of the amazing customer service. Mrs. O in the billing department is OUTSTANDING! Also the early morning staff was accommodating, efficient and had me out in a timely matter. In addition the facility is very CLEAN. Thank you for providing me with superior service.

Great Place. They were able to to find me an appointment quickly. Marieva was an amazing ultrasound technician. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

Early morning appointment
I was asked to be at this location at 5:45am for a 6am appointment. Office didn't open until 5:53am. The receptionist/opener was rude. No communication. Smiling and greeting should be one of her basic skills. 6:13 am I was called to provide paperwork and pay. Once again a machine would do a better job than the person in front. Cold and rude treatment is not what a sick person who is here for health reasons would like to start their day. Train people, supervise them, check for them meeting expectations which I hope this company has higher expectations than the one I experienced. 6:18am no test yet...

Their Insurance Verification Team really needs specialized training on how to verify benefits for patients especially when your out of pocket max was met. When the out of pocket is met, it means the patient is not responsible for any payments for the remainder of the year. The insurance pays the full amount not the patient. Their Insurance Team failed to identify this,and I was still forced to pay 75% of the cost so now they will be paid twice , by me and the insurance company. I will have to go after them to reimburse me. I had to either pay or reschedule which is another inconvenience. The lady at the front desk wasn’t able to verify online that I met this because she said their Insurance Team handles this and they are closed on the
weekends. Please stop inconveniencing your patients and verify ALL benefits. Know and understand how your patient’s insurance works just as you expect them to know.
