I was greatly impressed by the quality of this facility. They are all very nice professionally skilled with their work capabilities as to taking care of their patients. I was well taken care of with respect really nice. As a walk in the wait was very nice didn’t have to wait there the wait was worse it. To be honest the wait was really good and not a long wait.

As someone who has never written a review before, Larry was AWESOME. Although it is an open MRI, I still get anxiety and claustrophobic. However, Larry made sure I was as comfortable as possible which made it a little bit easier by waiting and communicating with me so I was aware of how much time was left. He is awesome at what he does!!

Overall, everyone there was great!

Been here for x Rays and CT Scans for my husband and I the last few months. Staff has been really nice and the wait time is low.

This building is dirty and gross and it smells. The ladies restroom at the main entrance was disgusting. It smelled horrible had urine on the seats and feces in both toilets. I've seen Porta potties cleaner than the restrooms in this facility. I attempted to clean the toilet seat myself since I'm 8 months pregnant and really had to go, but there was no napkins. Afterwards i really wanted to wash my hands but there was no soap! But yet the signs all over the building insist you wear a mask to stop the spead of germs but there's no soap or even hand sanitizer anywhere to be found! I get it's probably government funded but I felt uncomfortable being there for an ultrasound and it dosent seem safe to hold any type of medical proceedures. The staff was nice, but other than that, gross.

Took my daughter sometime ago but was not very professional from front desk to going back. This was noted and concerned me and I strongly recommend fixing up this place as it needs to look hospitable along with patient satisfaction

HORRIBLE!!!!! UNORGANIZED STAFF.

Tried coming to get my sons x-rays done and always something. Staff isn't helpful. Always something. Today, the tech had an "emergency" so once again couldn't get seen. Mind you, I called to verify if he would be able to be seen today. Was told yes. Each time I've come something happened. But are also told I can come in as a walk-in with no problem. Obviously, it is a problem.

Each employee that spoke with me were kind and professional. The two receptionists and the technician always answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. However, the technician was especially great. She always tried to make me feel comfortable and I am not an easy person because of my age. Hats off to the Southwest Diagnostic MRI personnel. I appreciate you.

Unlike many other places, these ladies are professionals. The wait time was a little long but once in there, they were so kind and took great care of me. Once the process was done, they were able to submit my report to both providers. I was also able to pick up my records with no problem. This was my second time there and definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to all the ladies and technicians for their awesome customer service!!!
