Kelly and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Kelly was able to answer so many concerning questions that I had and made sure I was getting the exact care that I needed and went above and beyond. Everyone was so warm and friendly and turns out I found out 3 of the people that helped me have all worked together 20+ years. What a great team you have and thank you. I was thinking when I went in due to that busy waiting room that I was just going to be cattle driven thru and that was not the case at all.

The made the experience extremely easy - from start to finish. The booking was simple, parking was covered and very convenient, I didn't spend long in the waiting room, and the technician was a pleasure. She was super friendly and very comforting without being condescending. I was in and out in 30-45 mins.

This was a very easy experience to go through. Mind you, I opted for a Saturday morning appointment to avoid the typical hustle and bustle of a hospital. So glad I did because it all went down really easy and fast. I was out of there within 30 minutes as I was getting a calcium reading - this means there was not much prep that I was needing to do prior. Also, appreciated how nice their team was, plus they validated my parking! Thank you so much!

First time at this location. Easy to park, just make sure you understand there are two levels of parking at this location and note which level 1 or 2 that you parked in, when leaving we were not the only ones that were confused trying to find our car. Once we got into the building it was easy to get to our location and the lady that checked us in was very nice and thorough with her questions. Overall, very easy and efficient experience.

Update: my dad’s doctor asked him to give southwest another chance since she really recommended them. I helped him call back to schedule and both the scheduler and the staff who called back for his prep instructions the day prior were kind. He also had a pleasant experience during the procedure and asked that I update my review. I would say, just cross your fingers and hope you don’t get the rude scheduler when calling in!

Scheduler was so extremely rude. She gave my dad prep instructions for MRI. He asked if she could email the instructions, she said no. English is my dad’s second language so quickly 3-way’d me in to have a second set of ears to make sure he follows instructions correctly. He’s a forgetful senior and had forgotten to tell me what the call was about so I asked the scheduler if she could tell me where she’s calling from, she refused. I follow my dad’s health issues very closely, and if she would’ve told me she was from Southwest diagnostics, I would’ve known what the call was about right away. Instead, she told me to ask my dad myself. As I was asking my dad in our native language, she kept rudely interrupting and going “hello? ugh”, so I couldn’t understand him. After her loud huffing and puffing, I told her I can’t hear my dad so if she could just tell me where she’s calling from, I’d have an idea. Again, she refused and said she was going to put my dad and I on hold so he could tell me himself. Once she put us on hold, the music was blasting in our ears and we couldn’t even hear each other over the music. I told my dad to just hang up, he shouldn’t have to deal with this impatient, rude individual.

I see that Southwest diagnostics has great reviews and I’m sure the rest of physicians and staff are great.

went in to have a lumbar puncture done. i've have never had something like this done before and i was scared as i don't know what. do yall know that the staff and dr who completed the procedure were so amazing. i don't think they knew i was scared but they made sure i was supported and comfortable the whole time. i did not feel any pain and they made sure of it. the doctor and nurse who performed the procedure made me feel like we had known each other all my life. i had such a good experience with the care that it makes me a little emotional. i thought this would be a dramatic day for me but it turned out to be 25 minutes of doctors and nurses just doing their job exceptionally. i 10/10 reccommend.

The appointment was easy to make through my primary care doctor. Access to the facility was easy with the instructions provided. Parking was paid for. The mammogram exam was efficient, modest, and painless. The results were a quick turnaround. The staff was friendly and professional.
