Well from 2020 we have started availing the services of Sparsh... And to be true, they are really good. I really appreciate that the waiting area including the washroom for visitors are clean. The staff members are really good with smile on their faces.
Their responses to queries are prompt.

Very happy with the staff behavior and I hope they are able to maintain it. I was looking for a gynecologist. My entire treatment it gone very smoothly, my husband paid more for the blood test by mistakenly, but they refund the amount as soon as possible. Highly recommended them...

Highly disappointed with the disastrous reception, The ladies of reception behaves that they are doing charity by providing relevant information. Patients an their family are already in distress because of the medical condition and instead of being polite reception people shows arrogance and rude behaviour. Very Disappointing!

I recently wanted to get a health check up done for my elderly parents before the Durga Puja festivities. I looked up Health Packages on Google and got Sparsh’s number. Upon discussions with their super helpful front office staff, I decided to get the “Sparsh Happy Tax Package” done for both my father and mother. I was informed of the precautions to be taken for the package and the phlebotomist (Blood collector) was bang on time at my door step the next day. I would like to point out Sparsh’s home blood collection is super convenient. The reports were delivered on time the same day. Kudos to Team Sparsh.

I feel apart from looks you should be driven for services, my wife entire pregnancy doctor visit were done here and the Doctor is Dr.Nibedita Ray Gaheer. The way she communicate and understood us the process , guidelines is mesmerising and helpful on the same hand. We were lucky enough to get such hand in this toughest days.

This review is in reference to the attendants who are supposed to assist you. Visited on November 03, 2024 (Sunday). Upon making necessary payments, I was waiting outside doctor's chamber. I saw a patient coming out of the chamber. Then I kept waiting. The attendants were more busy in gossiping than clarifying if the next patient would enter the chamber or not. It was unclear if the doctor would ring a bell or one has to wait for attendant's direction or just enter doctor's chamber directly.
November 06, 2024 (Wednesday)- doctor had asked me to revisit for further checkup. I had called the diagnostics thrice around 10.30 AM for making an appointment but received no response. Infact one of the 3 times the call came busy and I was on waiting. Had to call the doctor directly for appointment. Don't understand why the diagnostics hire such lazy attendants

Very happy with the staff behavior and I hope they are able to maintain it. Also the clinic appears very very clean which is great and it might be due to lower footfall at this point. I was looking for chest xray that could be done from home and was guided efficiently by the staff and received prompt service. It costed me INR1500 plus transport charges. The location is great right at Usha mor very close to Bansdroni. I feel parking is an issue as the clinic is inside a lane. I hope they are able to offer video consultation from doctors and vaccines specially during covid surge. This area is residential with a big population of senior citizens. Will be a great addition if this is made possible. Although the clinic does not offer video consultation as a service I appreciate they putting me in touch with the doctor who could.

I consulted a cardiologist two months ago, Soumya Kanti Dutta, he called me again, gave me medicine, I felt better, then he referred me to his wife she is a neurologist.
I consulted with his wife(sulangana sahu ) she told me to send the reportson whatsapp nd she gave me some medicines .ill send all the reports .
It's been a month, she is not answering the call,I call her 7 times she is not seeing the report, what will be the treatment sparsh is providing.The doctor is not even receiving the call from the staff at your place. I don't know why they are doing like this . They referred me to his wife I don't know why . Both doctors is not serious about parents they just want to earn . Without any reason they referred me
Both doctors did not even give me time, I did not get proper treatment, then I came back to Bihar
I don't recommend to anyone.
