They don't have patience to listen to patient problem. Not at all a proper diagnostic center. Mostly all are coming from remote villages around kothagudem so.. they just follow the instructions. If an educated goes with a probelm they will understand the treatment of front office as well as Radiologist. Please Maintain quality of service and hospitality with patients. Don't show your hurry in no.of patient per Radiologist hour. Improve your way of service.

We visited this place recently for ultra sound scanning related to radiology for my wife. This centre is very unhygienic and smelly, the faculty who are doing scanning is very unprofessional and rude towards the patient while instructing in the scanning room, and no comfort and outer visibility is likely possible while scanning to women. Moreover we had a bad experience and wished not to visit again.

I took my wife to Sri Balaji Diagnostic Center for a scan. When I was told that it was an emergency scan, the doctor immediately scanned my wife.The staff and services ,The prices are very reasonable too.They took very good care and after the scan we went to the hospital and the baby was born in 1 hour ☺☺.

I recently went to this diagnostic center for the ultra sound early pregnancy scanning, there I faced very uneasy situation,where I forced to undress in just a transparansy of curtain.
The staff and examiner didn't wear glouses and this whole diagnostic smells filthy.

Worst management staff and even the radiologist was rude behaviour they don't be in time even if there were many patients they only work for money and the doctor very bad at work doctor was always unavailable

Doctors/ Balaji diagnostics are not maintaining time punctuality,
They started the diagnosis at 11:50am, but patients are awaiting from 10:00am,

However, each and every patient has different types of family / work/ any other situations at their backend. So don't waste the time of patients.

Hence, I requested Balaji diagnostics to start the diagnosis at 10:30am,

Maintenance of time is very good and the faculty and management is managing well and neatness and environment of diagnostic is very nice. Staff talking performance good I like to visit the diagnostic again.
