My doctor cut me off my medicine I've been on for four years without any warning. She denied me twice for a refill. I can't get in to see anyone for months. I'm at a total loss on how this is ethical at all. I've never, ever had a doctor in all these years on this medicine do this to me. Clearly my doctor doesn't understand the withdrawing phase of doing this to someone. It's blatant malpractice in my eyes.

I have always enjoyed this Medical Center. I have always been treated with respect up until now. I am very disappointed in the recent care I have not received. The way I have judged I feel has been very unfair..
I had bloodwork sent in last night to look for rheumatoid arthritis. My blood work came back positive for RA last night with my RA factor high. I tried calling this afternoon telling them I was still In excruciating pain. I didn’t receive a phone call back until 5 o’clock tonight. They prescribed me prednisone last night. My pain is still severe. I asked if there was anything that we could do for the pain for a couple of days till the steroids can help with rheumatoid arthritis. I was told I wouldn’t receive a phone call back until tomorrow. so now another sleepless night full of pain. I am in college and unable to even get my finals done because of this pain. I am so sick of being judged because of my past. This pain is not in my head. They can see that in my bloodwork, and it is effecting my life severely. Yet Doctors do not care anymore! It breaks my heart to be treated so poorly. I am not one to leave reviews but I dont know what todo anymore. Doctors are supposed to help you and care! But they just don't anymore.

Since this place is a residency for new Doctors, the Doctors don't have the necessary experience in dealing with some issues, the doctors are under a supervisory MD, so when the doctors confront some issues, they have to leave the examination room to go and consult the supervisory MD for them to understand fully what some of the issues are, so this set up may not be for your benefit, you need a doctor that will give you straight answers to your issues,In my opinion if you are a senior, you better off getting a regular doctor, preferably one that has his own practice rather that those on clinics most of the clinics have MS or NP. But what you want is a real doctor, one that has experience dealing with senior issues.

This clinic was the worst experience. Our daughter’s pediatrician moved and we made the absolute wrong decision to transfer to this clinic when we needed help the most. It took us all of one month to make the decision to locate another doctor for our daughter. THIS CLINIC DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Furthermore the doctor was completely ignorant of the style of medication available to our daughter and it took my wife going into the office to prove the doctor wrong. The front office staff is rude and customer service does not fall into their vocabulary or business model. Even medical offices should run their business with some degree of customer service in mind. This does not appear to be high on their priority list, rather, it would seem it is at the bottom. My recommendation to anyone considering this facility would be to keep searching.

I’m writing this review on my husbands phone my name is Autumn, tonight Dr. Cade Cloward was truly an amazing HUMAN. Even though he couldn’t necessarily help me much physically (it’s a dental issue I just have a horrible dentist) he absolutely helped me mentally, he didn’t invalidate me after moments before I was treated like complete garbage by a dentist and hung up on (comfort dental) I cried and cried and cried because I’m in so much pain, and so overwhelmed. I needed someone to hear me and even if they didn’t care, just to pretend. Doctors who have compassion and whom love their job stand out and you Sir Dr Cade Cloward stand out. Thank you, I hope you get the chance to see this and know what your kindness did for me tonight because I really felt completely hopeless until you called me back and just cared….

I have had wonderful care here. There are people who do not like having to rotate through residents. I have to say the two residents who have been my doctors so far have been absolutely excellent both in their care and the referrals they have provided me with. They listen carefully, make thorough notes, and review notes from previous providers carefully. Dr. Ayla (sp) and the Kellum Schneider have provided excellent care and brought in other providers when indicated. I am in a much better place due to their wonderful care. Additionally the nursing/medical assistant care is kind and thoughtful.
