URGENT REPORT CHAHIYE TOH PLEASE AVOID. Third class diagnostic centre. Very arrogant and rude staff. They promise to give the reports immediately and take pre payment(obviously) and then once you’re done and ask for the reports, they ask you to come in the evening.. after pressuring them since you had the doctor waiting, they ask you to wait for another 1 hour.. and the person who was typing the report, just keeps roaming aimlessly and even says ‘type toh karne do yaar’. Also, after waiting for an hour, they give me half the report, and ask me to collect the rest after another 30 minutes saying that the film is not ready yet.. amazing experience. Would’ve rated negative if I had the choice. Now I’m finally leaving after 2 hours of waiting.

We haven't had their service but rating this due to receptionist staff there . Very much arogant n showing stupid unity while having conversation with one receptionist . Me went there on prior to check availablity for my father who is 84years old they said we can't do it now but come on another day at time they gave me so I appear on time that day they informed me so they said it can't be done now too busy so I asked then y u guys told me 2 come now then they gv me next appointment same day in evening 5pm n put tagline while gng come on time orelse we will send u back . Do sack all ur receptionist staff orelse u gonna see more negative rating more often .

My recent visit to Suyash Diagnostic Centre was beyond impressive. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s professionalism and attention to detail stood out. The facility is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients.

What truly made my experience exceptional was Dr. Pranav. He went out of his way to make sure I fully understood the test results, breaking down complex medical information in a way that was easy to comprehend. Suyash Diagnostic Centre is one of the worst centre for sonography. This is my second bad experience with this place.
Firstly staff is very rude , they do not even know how to behave with patients also with pregnant women. Hygiene wise also this place is worst , there are big mosquitoes, dirty Aquaguard. They have AC but keep it off, it was so suffocating , had to request them multiple times please turn it on.
There was only 1 patient ahead , still the waiting time was around 1 and half hour , the person who was doing sonography was 70% of the time going into his cabin , keeping patients waiting for 15-20 mins in chilled AC room. My wife was pregnant and finally she started having cramps when she was kept waiting alone on sonography bed for no reason. The doctor was in a hurry after keeping us waiting for so long and the images which he showed was so unclear, though he tried again for a clear image , that was the only good point to be noted.
My mother collected the reports , she asked them multiple times if all the reports are been generated and given, again the very rude receptionist without even checking said yes , when I checked and called them they again told me to come to collect it. This time they asked me why did not you bring the empty envelope, we will give you the prints as it is in a plastic cover. I was like we pay them 5000-6000 Rs , we do not ask them to pay any less and all we get is rude behaviour , suffocating place , long waiting hours and post negligence while giving reports.

Please avoid going to this place if you have any other option in the city.
