I recently went here to have a MRI & could not do it because I'm claustrophobic. I was only in the machine a couple minutes. I asked the technician if there would be a charge since i couldn't do it & she said no. I went to front desk & the lady there told me the same thing & refunded my $100 copay. Today I got a bill where they charged $1672 for the MRI to my insurance company. I called & spoke to supervisor & she said because a partial MRI was done it had to be billed even though it was for about 2 minutes. What a way to treat your customers.

Grossly overcharged me for a service I was forced to pay upfront for and my insurance company indicated it was over-billing. Called the office to rectify and left at least five voice messages over the course of three months with NO response. Finally spoke with their third-party billing service who asked me if I'd like the "credit" to be issued to me via check and that it would take up to four months for me to receive the "credit" for the amount I was over-billed. Still have yet to hear back from the actual office itself. Will never use again.

Called to arrange pickup of MRI images and interpretation for her doctors appointment tomorrow (moved up from next week) after calling the previous week and this morning, 3/8/2023. Stated I would be picking them ip as my wife id unable to drive. “Sure, come on down in 45 minutes and show ID”, he said. The lady said, “I can’t give it to you because she didn’t list you on the HIPA form “. Can you call, nope. Me: “I drive 30 miles and you can’t call the number on her records?” Her: “nope”. She would accept a letter and I could bring it in, but calling the number on her records won’t work? Unacceptanle.

Described as "unethical" and "scaring patients into paying for unnecessary procedures," I had to write a negative review just so that other patients avoid it. Here's my experience:

1. After being sent for further testing (not covered by my insurance) I asked for a copy of the doctor's report and images, as the employee who called to schedule "further testing" did not explain my results. The report was not given to me after visiting twice, being told it was "unavailable." Through multiple phone calls I spoke with an employee who read the results from my report. The report stated that future testing was likely unnecessary and that my tumor was almost certainly benign. I understand that medical professionals want to be certain, but the fact that I was never given my reports that stated I was almost certainly fine and the fact that the "further testing" would cost a couple thousand dollars out of pocket worry me that this facility "tests for everything" to ensure more funds sent their way. Thankfully, we cancelled our appointment.

2. I was overcharged a couple hundred dollars for my original procedure, which was covered by my insurance in full. I'm currently fighting to get my refund check.

This one star review does not represent a handful of kind receptionists and assistants who were kind to myself and other women who were facing life and death testing. What my one star review does represent is policy. I wrote this review to warn other scared patients that this place will charge you for unnecessary expenses and hide information so they can profit during a vulnerable time of your life. Highly unjust. Please be careful.

Appointment was at 11:15, it's 11:45 and we're still waiting. Did you know they have you drink 32 ounces of water 2 hours before a renal ultrasound and tell you that you can't pee until your examination? They do.
Extremely disrespectful of customer's time and bladder. Get organized people. Do better.

I would highly avoid this business if possible. I had to go here to get an UltraSound. The office told me I had to pay out of pocket, even though my health insurance covered the exam 100%. Because the exam was important, I paid. I then found out they also got paid by my health insurance. So this company got double paid. When I called the company, they said they would issue me a refund in 4 to 6 weeks. They told me directly they were in fact paid by myself and the health insurance, but had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to review the file anyway. However, they did not refund in 6 weeks. I have had at least a dozen calls to their office. When you call, there is either no one you can speak to, or they tell you someone will call you back - which always comes from a blocked number. This person will simply tells you to wait on refund. The company will tell you they are giving you a refund in 4 to 6 weeks, but they didn't for me during this time. Now they'll tell me the refund has been processed, but it takes another 4 weeks to show on my bank account because it takes time for their bank to process. There are obviously many places to go for screening, and I would not choose this one.

To add to the customer service and billing troubles. This office screening said I was fine, no issues and that my MRI was clear. That's it, no details. They would not tell me anything else other than things were normal. However, I had to return to my doctor due to pain I was still having. My doctor ended up doing their own screening and actually found several things to be concerned about. So it appears the office may have missed the issues I have altogether, or simply did a bad screening.

I had to take my 5 year old son in for an ultrasound of his lymph nodes; they were extremely kind and caring. They were patient with him and explained everything to him so he did not get scared. They were also very caring to my husband and I under the circumstances. When we arrived our Dr had not sent over the referral and without hesitation they called the Dr's office and had him back in less than 15 minutes. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left every person was kind and helpful.
