I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of the staff at Tenet Diagnostics, Banjara Hills. On 15th December, I called the receptionist to confirm whether I could collect my reports on Sunday. They assured me that I could, so I traveled 8 km, spending 45 minutes of my time to reach the center.

Upon arrival, I was rudely informed that reports are not given out on Sundays. This lack of coordination and misleading information not only wasted my time and effort but also shows a complete disregard for customer convenience.

I expect better accountability and proper communication from a diagnostic center of this stature. This experience has left me questioning your reliability and commitment to service quality.

We have been your regular customers

I had booked for home collection between 7 and 7.30 am on 28.01.25
The agent calls me at 6.20 am to enquire whether he can come within 10 minutes.

As the patient is a senior citizen and not ready at that time I suggested to come between 7 to 730 am only but the techician turn up only at 8.30 am.

For the second visit which was fixed between 10 30 to 11.00 the techician came at 1140 am that too after
repeated reminders .

I donot know with the delay a
Correct report will be generated.

The service is very poor and needs inprovement If you are not able to provide service do not accept the booking for home collection
The stock reply is will call back in 5 minutes which never hapend

We booked for home sample collection at 7 am and the person called us at 7:15 to tell us he will come by 8. When I pointed out that’s unprofessional, he was unapologetic. I called the helpline and they too handle it quite arrogantly. We usually go for doctorc and PharmEasy and their systems are very professional. Dissatisfied with Tenet and their arrogance

If you are searching for safe and secure testing for small children, look no further than Tenet Diagnostics.

I have taken my 4 yr old daughter for elaborate tests due to prolonged fever and Tenet has done an excellent job, my daughter didn’t even notice until after it’s done. Thank You.
