I Am experiencing problems with the extended "wait times" to meet with a Dr. Malouf... there is only one other person in the lobby and I have been waiting well over 45 minutes on this Saturday afternoon 1/11/25.
Any advice on how to file a complaint with the Texas State Medical Board would be greatly appreciated.

This place REALLY took care of me. The nurse was super kind and sociable (despite the fact that she was probably exhausted. I know doctors and nurses have crazy schedules). She made me less nervous about doing an ECG and took my blood with ease and efficiency. The doctor went above and beyond to make sure that I get the answers I need and was very informative. Thankful for this team and God bless them.

Arrived at 230pm left at 6pm, I won’t ever return to this place, this is the longest I have ever been in a doctors office! I was discharged but the doctor never came to tell me his nurse even came in and said “oh your good to go they should have told you that” I’m like wow! This is the worst service in front desk as well girls were rude making faces because they have to work! Stay far from this place!!!

Yesterday my visit went well, I was able to get some answers after having X-rays taken. Now I’m in a brace and my wrist is getting the rest it needs. Dr Baker was very informative on my diagnosis and John the XRay tech was efficient.

The MA was AMAZING!! and the PA was AWESOME! Answered all my questions throughly checked on me. The MA was super nice and Gentle - with the injection I get very anxious about. The PA went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had about my recent asthma flare up. 10/10!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My Dr. Taylor was excellent. He listened to me carefully and after X-Ray he explained my situation and explained my medicines how to use them. I am really glad and happy that I chose Texas MedClinic that night. All my worries are gone now.

The front desk staff was very helpful by giving me some information that I didn't know regarding my Medicare card. I really appreciated it. The doctor was very nice and I was seem very fast. A big thank you to the staff at this location.

It was a great experience my son went got seen and needed to get stitched up on his chin and they came out perfectly fine and well done. NP Whitley and MA John treated my son and husband with gratitude and urgency overall a recommended place to go for your urgent care needs
