I am a new patient who chose this place because of the reviews and I was not disappointed! The ladies upfront were very nice, helpful and organized.
I hardly had any waiting time and was seen pretty much on time. The nurse was nice and talked me through the whole process. I then met with Dr. Fowler who was patient, thorough and made me feel completely comfortable. I appreciated how he educated me on my condition and answered all of my questions. Thank you to all the staff! Glad to have found this practice- the drive is totally worth it.

Robert Kaiser FNP-C was very thorough. He took the time to listen to what I had to say. He explained in a language I could understand about my condition. I've been in pain for a while having seen many ENT doctors but he is the first to give a thorough exam and listen to what I had to say. He is spends the time necessary with you to not only diagnose your issue but takes the time to fully explain it as well as treatment and diagnostic options. He is very inclusive of your input. From the moment you step into the practice, you are met with professionalism. Sara, who performed my vestibular testing is amazing. Her explanations and instructions were thorough and clear. I could tell she was a highly trained professional. Received good service from Michelle who conducted my hearing test, she was personable.

A week before my follow-up appointment, I had to reschedule due to a teaching conflict (I am a teacher). I tried calling every day for a week straight, only to have the call go to voicemail. Ultimately, the appointment day passed and no one ever called me back. I called again today and left a voicemail; this time, someone returned my call and told me that it would be three months (mid March) before the provider was available again for a follow-up appointment. The person on the call was cold, and didn’t seem to care or acknowledge that that didn’t make any sense; is empathy not part of job training?

My ears are still popping and I have sinus issues that make it difficult to sleep. If you want to work with clinic that cares about your well being, avoid this one.

Honestly, why accept new patients if you can’t see them—even for follow ups—within a reasonable time frame? I’d much rather just be told you aren’t accepting new patients than be gaslit into thinking I’m the problem.

I was offered the opportunity to complete forms ahead of time at my own convenience, thus allowing a later arrival time for my appointment. Upon arrival, I was promptly checked in, and waited a minimal amount of time before the doctor’s assistant, Tanya, received me and started my appointment. Tanya was friendly, made me feel at ease on this initial visit, and collected the information needed. Shortly thereafter Dr. Kepchar introduced herself and explained her interpretations of my recent scan and the symptoms I described. She suggested a plan of treatment and scheduled me for follow up.
Checkout was easy and I was very satisfied with this first visit.
