I am beyond impressed with the staff at The Eye Studio! I first went there because I was shopping for glasses and they have a really great, curated selection. Then I switched over to them for my optometry appointments and that has been a great experience as welll.

The reason I was motivated to leave a review though has been my experience with contact lenses. I've struggled to use contacts in the past and gave up. (My last optometrist really had me feeling like a loser.) The experience here has been the complete opposite. It took 4 separate appointments to learn how but I got there. The staff has been so incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I'm honestly amazed by them!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

Always have a great experience at The Eye Studio. Dr Tsai and staff are amazing, always kind, helpful and professional. I had an IPL treatment for dry eyes yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to have an esthetician provide care before the extraction. Truly delightful! Highly recommend them.

Nice people working there but impossible to get appointments fast and they charge way more than other local opticians.

Switched to The Eye Department and it's been great. Can't recommend them enough.

Always fantastic. Have been coming to the Eye Studio for about a decade. My two young kids and I are always warmly welcomed, often by first name even without an appointment. The people there are not just knowledgeable, prompt, and kind, they have been there as long as I’ve been going, so I know the Eye Studio takes care of their people the way their people take care of me and my family. Great eyewear selection. Highly personable service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The employees there were very helpful and giving me objective feedback while I was trying to figure out which classes I should get. I love the glasses we ended up with, and I couldn’t have done it without help! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them!

Had the BEST experience here. I had a very awful eye exam experience at another Portland eye clinic and this could not have been more opposite. The doctor took so much time with me, explaining every test. Excited that I found a great place for yearly visits!

Great staff - friendly and helpful. Really liked the doctor, Tina Tsai. She took the time to read my complex history prior to my appt and ready to jump in and take me on as a new patient. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Rosencrans was professional and personable! Andy was incredibly helpful selecting glasses afterwards. I always have had good experiences at The Eye Studio.
