Huge fan of the Las Vegas Fertility Clinic. The whole staff goes out of their way to be supportive and welcoming especially when you’re going through something as difficult as infertility. The minute you enter, you can feel the warmth from Corine and Veronica at the reception who always put a smile on my face. The lab staff that draws blood is very experienced and make it a comfortable experience specially Marina. The sonography team is fantastic. All in all such a wonderful staff and incredible doctors.

After two years of heartbreak and two miscarriages, I really wanted to find out the underlying causes for my recurrent pregnancy loss. I did not feel supported at my regular OB office, as they did not want to do any workup to help my husband and I identify the full picture of our fertility. It was after this that I decided to reach out to FCLV. I loved how they did extensive workup on myself and my husband to help us understand our infertility issues. Dr. Bedient was amazing, compassionate and very thorough in making sure we understood everything. She explained all our options in trying to successfully conceive. Together, we decided to keep trying naturally for a year and if we were not successful, we would then try other alternatives. During that year, Dr. Bedient suggested vitamins to take. At the end of the 11th month of trying, we conceived! Immediately after my positive pregnancy test, I called the office and I was seen the very next day for blood work to confirm my pregnancy and get a baseline of my hormone levels. When my progesterone levels came back low, Dr. Bedient prescribed supplementation. I had bloodwork of my hcg, estrogen & progesterone levels with every appointment and the coordinator was very prompt in emailing my results that same day, just a few hours later. After recurrent loss, my normal is expecting the worst. However, I felt reassured that my pregnancy was progressing well because they did a total of three ultrasounds - at 5,7 and 9 weeks. I loved that they were so attentive in the early stages of pregnancy, as regular OB offices don’t do a first ultrasound until 8-10 weeks. I truly felt taken care of and felt that they wanted us to have a successful pregnancy as much as we did. Every time I came into the office, the staff - varying from the coordinators, front desk, phlebotomist, medical assistants, ultrasound techs and Dr. Bedient were always amazing! Thank you for everything FCLV, we are truly grateful for your care!

I did 1 embryo transfer here and I’m currently pregnant in my first trimester. Dr. Kaye and everyone at FCLV have been great to work with. I highly recommend this clinic.

I do not have enough amazing things to say about this clinic. From Corine at the front desk greeting us personally, always smiling, and making sure we are taken care of, to the phlebotomists that always make sure to get it done quickly and efficiently, to the MA’s that are always so friendly and smiling, to Emily our coordinator who spent extra time talking us through things and giving reassurance, to Renee our sonographer who explained things for us and walked us through each procedure, to the nurses Jamie and Lesleigh who always responded so quickly to any questions, and Elizabeth at check out who always made it a seamless process. We’ve had an enjoyable experience here. Lastly, we don’t want to forget Dr. Leah Kaye who I will forever be grateful for. She is so completely down to earth, kind, and patient. She’ll break things down and explain them on a level that makes it easy for anyone without medical experience to understand. She’s kind, always smiling if she sees you in the hallway. She gave me reassurance when I felt like I was being crazy, and helped us get to where we are today 10 weeks pregnant. Dr. Kaye cares, and it shows in the time she takes with her patients and the conversations she has with them. Could not recommend Dr. Kaye and her team enough ?

I have not yet started my IFV treatment, but I am still in the process of getting started. I am glad to have the support from each individual at the fertility center. Everyone has been so kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to thank everyone for being so helpful during my future baby journey. AP 🙂

Unique Kreation

Going out of my comfort zone, I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others about this office. Unfortunately, I had a devastating experience due to their negligence and lack of proper communication regarding critical medical issues.

I underwent approximately five IUIs at this facility, and during each treatment, I received a vaginal ultrasound. However, I was never informed that I had fibroids growing until the final IUI, when the nurse suddenly stated they could no longer proceed with treatments due to excessive fibroids.

This was shocking, especially since I had already paid to have a polyp removed before beginning fertility treatments to ensure my cervix was clear. I was blindsided to later learn from a specialist that I had 13 fibroids growing and had developed an umbilical hernia as a result. Despite repeated attempts to contact the office for assistance or an explanation, my calls and concerns went unanswered.

Eventually, they reached out—not to address their mistakes, but because of an accidental email they sent regarding a payment for stored sperm. It was clear their priority was damage control, not my well-being. Even then, their response was dismissive and failed to acknowledge their role in this devastating situation.

Due to their negligence, I was forced to undergo a hysterectomy and an umbilical hernia repair. This not only cost me my career but also almost cost me my life. See photos attached. You can’t play with people’s lives. This was a complete failure of their medical duty to inform me at every step of the way, and the negligence of Dr. Bedient and the staff is unacceptable.

When I requested a refund for the roughly $3,000 I had spent on treatments (14k total) , they refused. This office not only failed me medically but also showed no accountability for the harm they caused. I am moving forward with a lawsuit and encourage anyone with similar experiences to reach out. No one should have to endure this.
