I had been experiencing abdominal pain for over a year so my primary care doctor provided me with a referral for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Because I was given a referral, I had to wait over 4 months for a consultation with a GI doctor. The practice would not let me schedule neither one of the procedures even tho I was at the age where I should be getting colonoscopies. My appointment with the GI doctor was less than 10 minutes and she didn't believe my condition was serious and recommended I take miralax on a daily basis. She agreed to do the colonoscopy because of my age; however, I would have to wait another 4 months for an available appointment. Since this doctor refused to figure out the root cause for my pain and since the wait time to get a routine procedure was long, I went elsewhere. I would not recommend NMH GI Center.

I waited 1.5 hours just for a blood draw.

Please get more phlebotomists! This isn’t ok. It is just blood work that should be done in 10 mins.

The app never works and huh can’t schedule online, but you also never can get through to schedule over the phone …oh and when you do, expect nastiness, lip smacking and unprofessional own.

I waiting over 1.5 hours just to get my blood drawn. Then they didn’t even call my number. Please get more stuff or redo your filing system.

Received a Horrible bruise from a routine blood draw performed by Jonathan at Arkes 2nd floor diagnostic testing center. Strongly suggest avoiding this careless phlebotomist.

If I could give a negative infinity star to this location, I would! Overall experience is disappointing! Unprofessional staff! NW you can do better!
