Don’t go here unless you have hours to waste. The nurses or assistants instead of doing there job there back there at the desk talking about patients and laughing and joking about the patients. One petifiler nurse think she’s the clinic bully. She was the one that instead of doing her job. She was back there with someone that likes to sit indean style in their chair laughing and making fun of patients instead of doing their job. The one has a mouth on her. But apparently she thinks she’s running the place the way she smarts off all the time instead of doing her job. There’s a lot of privacy act laws being broke at the pediatrician side of the clinic. Mrs. Rozina your lucky if you get in with in a hour. Even though you had a appointment for months. I’ve never been able to get my grandson in with her when he’s sick and he’s a heart patient. But apparently other people she likes can get in. She’ll make you wait for hours because she slipped someone in at your appointment time! But we can never get in when our child is sick. Do you have to be a certain race for her to see you when you’re child is sick. And this clinic has never gotten on top of what all is going on at this location! It’s sad Won’t be back there ever again!

If your child needs to be evaluated, go somewhere else! My son was on the waitlist for over a year. They called my phone twice and then took him off the waitlist because I didn't answer. Sorry I was busy with my son's school and a newborn baby. I waited over a year and they couldn't even wait a month for me. During that year I called and asked for an appointment so I can get a referral to a speech pathologist and they refused. Even though my son is clearly speech delayed he had to wait over a year to get any kind of help and even then they didn't help at all. I thankfully found a better place to take him to that takes action quickly and doesn't put my sons needs on the back burner. I will never come back here.

My ten year old granddaughter was diagnosed with a fractured tibia. The doctor said someone would call to set up a follow up. The people at the urgent care took two days to send the message to the orthopedics department to call for follow up. When they did call (after hours) they recommended we call Children's Mercy. Why didn't they just tell us that at the original visit? So we wasted three days waiting for them to tell us they couldn't actually help us. Lesson learned: don't take your child to KU urgent care. Always go to Children's Mercy, even if it is a little farther.

The Lab Hours are 7:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Lab is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Great staff.

I’ve been doing physical therapy for my knee at this location. I was worried how it would go. I’ve had a lot of trouble for many years. I am so happy with Jamie and Heidi they are so nice. They are really helping me accomplish my goal. I can’t express how impressed I am. The building itself is really run down and needs a lot of work to get up to date and look inviting. However that doesn’t effect how happy I am with the physical therapy department.

Have all my Blood Work done here and I am so glad because it is closer to my home. The staff from the time I check in until I am finished having my blood drawn are Very Polite and Caring. I highly recommend this KU facility.
