I've been to this dentist twice. First was my initial scans, and discussion about what I wanted. The nurse doing my scans was very impatient, and unclear on when I needed to let go of my grip when scanning. The Dr himself was very pushy on keeping the tooth I see no point in keeping as it literally is a giant hole where it had a silver filling fall away, wanting me to do a root canal. He ignored my worries and pain about my wisdom tooth coming gown and giving me jaw pain, not offering solutions about it quote "It shouldn't come down any more at your age." He spoke over me with his mask down, spitting on me while he spoke. Going through my insurance, I asked the desk to quote me for the cost of the root canal, as I was undecided. After figuring my decision, and saying I won't be doing that, and just want the tooth removed, I was ridiculed over the phone with a quote "Well, I've had my root canal for years and I'm much older than you, so I have no issues." My second time at this place I had what was meant to be a cleaning done, they ended up doing a slightly more expensive cleaning due to my sensitive gums, and didn't explain they would be charging me more. (Note: The girl doing my cleaning was very helpful and apologetic for having to put me through the pain, and I have no issues with her) I was unable to pay the new amount, and the lady gave me an unsatisfied look stating " They should have explained why you're paying more.." Sighing in an exasperated way, and taking my money stating further "We will just bill you the remaining amount." Going home I still saw lots of tarter and plaque between my teeth, and they want another cleaning with numbing agent before fixing my 3 cavities, and pulling one tooth? Why am I needing another cleaning, when it should be done once? Confusing...? As someone who struggles with social interactions, and wanting to make educated choices about my dental health I do not recommend this business. Very smug, sarcastic customer service, poor communication and clarification. 0/5 Starts if I could.

They have now called twice to reschedule my appointment, this time less than 24 hours out when I’ve taken time off from my job to make the first “reschedule” work. The lady on the phone was very dismissive both times, and just said the dentist has decided to go out of town, or decided to leave early that day. Super unprofessional; save yourself the hassle here and keep looking.

Please learn from our mistake and DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! My husband felt very unsafe with him. The staff (not the dentist) are nice but they are unorganized. He was supposed to get a root canal with this dentist but they never scheduled it. The dentist doesn’t have basic social manners, this wouldn’t have matter if was atleast a decent dentist but that is not the case. Theres really nothing good at this office. Going here was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
The dentist “fixed” 2 other teeth that were not causing him any pain and now they are causing pain! We got a second opinion, finally a dentist who knows what he is doing. He validated my husbands feelings and concerns and agreed with my husband.
Not sure how this dentist is still in practice.

I started a process at the beginning of this year, 2023. I get in to my first appointment and am told it will be completed in 4 visits. My final visit was supposed to be today in December! After rescheduling several times for these 4 visits through no fault of my own, I am called to be told the visit will again have to be rescheduled. For JANUARY 2024! While getting numbing shots inside my mouth, including the roof of my mouth, the dentist says, "brushing your teeth doesn't hurt as much as the shots" insinuating I do not brush. The lady doing my cleaning told me "you're doing a good job brushing, idk why he said that". I recommend choosing a different dentist. I started seeing him at the beginning of the year and they have not been able to finish anything this entire year. I will be seeing a different dentist immediately. The office is very rudimentary. Using technology from 30 years ago. There is nothing updated or for comfort of the patient. While doing a cleaning, you just lean back and keep your mouth open. No tools to keep your mouth open, my tongue was cut twice during a cleaning. No reason to see this provider.

I hate dentists in general and have more personal horror stories than a person should. Dr. Marsden, however, has always fit me in when I have an emergency. He listens to what I want. And he is good at what he does. He keeps pain to a minimum. He doesn't do work, that's not needed. And he is by far the most affordable dentist I've had out here. I drive from Odessa to see him and will continue to do so!

Had a cavity filled with them and it fell out less than a year of getting it filled. They will not answer the phone or return my phone call to get this fixed. Scheduled months in advance for cleaning, they had to reschedule me because they wanted the office closed for one random day. They never rescheduled me after. I had no problem of going to them before, just don’t know why they’re so unprofessional?

Probably one of the rudest receptionists I’ve ever spoken with on the phone. Currently have some pretty serious pain, just trying to see what’s available for schedule. Zero empathy, zero customer service skill, just ‘wait a month or deal with it’ type attitude. If that’s how you treat someone before they even get to your business then I definitely don’t want your office working on my mouth.
