This is my go to office. They are always accommodating and you get appointments fairly quickly. Everyone is friendly and caring. All staff is professional yet quite humane. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. As for the place itself, it is super clean both inside and outside. The biggest plus, ample parking.

The technician who assisted me during my recent CT scan was incredibly kind and courteous, but I don’t think the procedure was conducted correctly. When attempting to insert the IV for the contrast dye, she had difficulty finding a vein in my arm and ultimately used a vein in my hand. However, I didn’t experience the typical sensations associated with the contrast dye, and my hand burned during the process indicating the dye was in surrounding tissue instead of actually flowing through my blood stream.
The technician seemed unsure at times, which left me questioning whether the procedure was done properly. While I appreciate her kindness and professionalism, I would like confirmation that everything was performed correctly.

I've been going to University Diagnostic Medical Imaging for at least 15 years for any diagnostic testing that has been needed. They have such a great and friendly staff. Office is always very clean and the waiting room is huge and comfortable. Would highly recommend this location on Waters Place.

Good day, my appointment was for 2 p m. I decided to get there a little early 1:15pm Didn't get seen till 2:45pm. They were a little backed up. My concern was getting undressed There is no chair to sit.There is nowhere to put my belongings, only but a hook behind the door to hang up my bag. When it was time to get dressed oh boy what a task.
Smh. Had to lean against the wall, to put on my sneakers. Overall the technician was very nice.

They have a person Brianna who works there OMG SHE IS AMAZING!!! OMG … I JUST CALLED UDMI … Brenda came through for me… I can’t say enough how amazing she is… she moved mountains and helped me out… I was in a complete nightmare with a situation it was only 2pm… i called the next morning at 10 am and asked if she got my referral yet and expected a no… She said YES… I actually came first for once😢 i actually mattered in someway 😢 I never come first with anyone!!!…😭 wow i actually mattered ❣️I am SO GRATEFUL FOR UDMI GETTING INVOLVED!!! And even more importantly GRATEFUL FOR BRIANNA FOR EVERYTHING SHE DID… COMPLETELY FLAWLESS EXECUTION OF WHAT I NEEDED!!!

This facility was a top notched! From the location, atmospheric environment, staff and equipments. I had my mammogram done here and they are on time, no waiting and very professional. Highly recommended. Looks like you walked in a 5 star hotel.
