I would highly recommend coming to this location. I came all the way from Catalina Island to get treated. And let me tell you, they are very friendly, welcoming and by far the best to visit for any type of treatment. They listen to your needs. NP Stephanie is amazing, if I ever have to come back, she will be my first choice Dr and this office location is wonderful. Highly recommended…

This place is a peaceful getaway to deal with any of my women’s health issues that need to be addressed asap. Service is relatively fast with no outrageous fees. I’ve also been treated with respect and patience which is a huge plus.

I had been to 3 urgent care facilities this week for my daughter's sickness, then for mine. These wonderful people were better by every metric. I was helped promptly, and finally given relief from an ear infection another Urgent cate failed to diagnose. I was in and out in 2 hours. I greatly appreciate this facility and this staff for their efficiency and knowledge.

This location has always been my go to. I’ve never had a bad experience here since I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years. The staff is always so kind, and welcoming! Typically when I come in to this facility I’m in, and out. I can say the longest I’ve waited was about 20-30 min before being seen. Definitely recommend this location. The service is top quality! The facility is clean and pleasant. I even had a coffee . I was called back before I could start drinking it 🤣 my daughter and I were both seen that day. The front staff already had my information so checking in was fast! The medical staff are comforting. My daughter was scared to be swabbed in her throat but they made her feel safe and she did it! Our provider explained the results and we were given the appropriate medication. Medication prescriptions sent to pharmacy and we were done ! I only go there ! Wish it was a hospital too!!! Then I’d never have to go anywhere else!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every visit!!!!

I am so glad Urgent Care Pros has a location near my house. It is convenient to take my kids when they are ill. I don’t have to make an appointment or wait hours to be seen. I went myself when I fell and fractured my knee cap. They took x-rays there and gave me a knee brace and crutches. They also referred me to a specialist for treatment. The staff is courteous and professional. I recommend using this facility for your urgent medical needs.
