The best care for our pet. My daughter's dog was mauled at 10pm last night and needed emergent surgery. I was amazed by every single thing I experienced here. Took us right in. Calm peaceful environment. Couches and chairs for family to sit with and watch surgery and treatment. There was even a lady bringing around snacks. We were allowed to be involved with care and ask questions throughout our entire visit. I wish they offered human medicine here! Give them all the starts

Took my dog Cleopatra here and it was an amazing experience! She had a deep cut on her paw and they quickly welcomed us with our own couch to wait with our pup until they were able to see us, and wrapped up her paw in the meantime to stop the bleeding. They offered us snacks, drinks, and fresh baked cookies! They took such good care of her, ensuring she was kept comfortable the whole time. We were even able to be there with her during the entire experience from when she went under, during the sutures, and when she woke up! It was nothing like we had ever experienced and not like other animal hospitals where they take your dog back and you sit in the waiting room worried sick about how they are doing. The staff were super helpful in explaining what everything on the bill was for, and worked with us to get a price we felt comfortable with. We are super grateful for the top notch care our dog received and will definitely return if we ever need to. Thank you to all!

The staff helped save our puppy over this Christmas when she was dehydrated and unable to produce stool. They went above and beyond to make our puppy comfortable and us.

At one point they bought our family fresh baked cookies which may not seem like a big deal. But when we were worried about whether or not our puppy would make it through the night, a warm cookie felt like a warm hug.

They were able to help our pup get the help she needed and she was home in 2 days.

We’re forever grateful for the staff at VEG for saving our 4 month old puppy and keeping us informed throughout the process.

If I can give this organization 10 stars, I would. I have never seen a veterinary staff that cared so much for a pet AND its whole family! From the moment we walked in, every staff member made us feel welcomed and made it known that our fur-baby was priority #1. While there, the doctors constantly gave us updates, and someone would come by every couple of hours with snacks and drinks or asked if we had any questions or needed anything. They even had pullout couches in the suites where I was able to sleep overnight with my fur-baby! Whenever I asked for help, someone was always available to assist.. with a smile.

Each time I returned (at least twice daily), Texas was clean, happy and had clean, fluffy blankets and pads in his kennel. We were always given a clean suite to relax and hang out for as long as I wanted. When I couldn't stay overnight, they called at midnight with test results and texted me in the morning with his status.

I honestly feel that, under any other circumstance, I would've lost Texas 3 days ago, but, instead, my fur-baby is now at home, snoozing in his own bed and completely back to his old, happy self. A HUGE THANK YOU to the loving, caring staff at Veterinary Emergency Group. Here's a special shout out to Sam, Bri, Erin and Dr. Ray and Dr. Bryce who cuddled, cared for and treated Texas over the last 3 days. Hats off to you for everything you've done for Texas and for our family. We will be forever grateful.

When I first walked in things were not very friendly but after my doctor came in everything changed. The staff were extremely friendly and offered me beverages! They took great care of my little 4 month old puppy with parvo. If you have the money I recommend going here for any emergency services!

For those choosing to come to this facility for your pets emergency needs, please know that privacy and affordability isn’t something afforded to you here.

The entire facility is “open, concert” meaning from the moment you’re inside, you are sitting on a small “loveseat” in full view of everyone and everything. You’re not put in a private room where you’re able to grieve and comfort your pet alone. Instead, you have to see others dealing with their pets trauma and everything that comes with that. Additionally, when our dog was anesthetized prior to his procedure, we saw that too. Dogs were in cages across the room, screaming and crying, and were in full view. It was traumatic.

The wait times are atrocious and we were even told that they didn’t have enough techs available to “properly manage the triage of pet patients here tonight.”

The prices are ASTRONOMICAL and completely unreasonable, which I see is noted on other reviews as well. Heed our warnings and don’t make the same mistake as we did. I even compared my invoice to that of an invoice from VSS back in February, and the same things we paid for there were three to four times MORE expensive at VEG.

I would 0/10 recommend this experience. Seek out VSS instead.

I took my dog to the vet one night after he received his yearly vaccinations because he was vomiting throughout the day. I had assumed he would have adjusted to his vaccinations by now, but I was mistaken. In hindsight, I should have taken the same precautions since he was one year old. The staff were prompt in admitting him to see the emergency vet. One aspect I appreciated about this veterinary clinic is that you can stay with your dog during procedures and even remain overnight if necessary. The vet who cared for my dog during his 3-hour stay was compassionate and dedicated to helping pets who needed emergency treatment.
