I had a great experience here getting a CT scan today. I was scheduled within 2 days of calling and prior authorization was processed. The receptionist was so kind, courteous, and efficient. She was consistently friendly and helpful to other patients that registered for services. The technician greeted me warmly and explained the procedure. She was patient and informative and offered assistance with getting on and off the table. I felt comfortable and cared for throughout and will schedule here in the future. High 5s to facility cleanliness, too!

My experience with WHDC was probably the most positive experience possible. The person I spoke with in scheduling was able to get me in very fast and provided all information I needed over the phone.

My MRI tech was phenomenal. She was fun, informative and does a great job keeping her patients calm during the MRI process. I wish I got her name!!!

Lastly, Joseph in medical billing was incredibly helpful with great customer service!

I had a great experience with every single employee I came across and the whole process was quick and easy.

I never write reviews but If I can give a cero, I will because the receptionist is very unprofessional . She doesn’t have any respect for the patients., I called 5 times and she was putting me in hold and then pretending that she doesn’t understand what I was talking about. She hanged the phone and yelled at me. I chose to call excel imaging and the receptionist was very professional. She understood and gave me the appointment. The supervisor in West Hernando has to train those people to have respect for patients. My worst experience I ever had. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Service was quick, as we brought our baby results were to be issued the same day. However I do not like the way my 5 month old was treated. Understandably we were asked to wait behind the door for his xrays. All I heard was my baby screaming and one of the techs saying "omg is he ok?". Which I can only hope was baby talk. Instead of allowing us to come in after the xrays to calm our baby down we had to wait until he calmed down and once I walked in my baby was on techs shoulder and she was literally talking into his face. It's rsv season and clearly boundaries are not followed. I am bringing my infant for xrays already clearly I have enough to worry about without having to worry about my infant getting rsv or any kind of diseases from strangers. Just let the parents to calm Their child.

This is the rudest place that I have ever been in my life. I was treated absolutely terrible except for my Shannon, who was absolutely wonderful but the big fat MRI tech who was in the back didn’t really want to work at that time because it was almost 4 o’clock did everything she could to treat me badly? She was very rude. Asked for a card For my stent from when I had an aneurysm done, which of course I no longer had. I told her I could call an appointment and get it. She told me no she didn’t want me to do that like I used to go to Pasco imaging they were awesome and I will never walk back into West Hernando diagnostics again , I would highly suggest that anyone else not put them through either there is snappy and they are generally just not professional at all. I will continue to put these reviews everywhere. I can find to do it Shannon who is in Bill is a wonderful person and did everything she could to get me in as well as my husband when he was sick but everyone else is totally different. I guess the business that was coming from Pasco imaging that they can treat people the way that they do yourself a favor because if I could give them less than the one star I would stay away.

First impression the front desk receptionist was rude with everyone waiting to check in. No people skills at all. If I could give a negivtive zero I would. I asked the front receptionist her name she just ignored me. She should be removed her attitude will run patients away. This is a questionable staff.

I have used west Hernando for my mammograms for last 11 years. Always kind and efficient. Also have used recently for an x-ray and an emergency Doppler test again great service. Front and back

I had absolutely no issues using West Hernando diagnostic. I was treated very kindly by the staff and had very little wait time. The technician was very good. I would have no problem returning to his establishment.
