TLDR; Pretty sure the place is a scam. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Update: majority of the people who put 5 star reviews on 01/09 are family or friends of the people that own the company. Jalil Khan is the MD - said they answer every patient call (see proof of the number of calls I made. None of them were answered). I do feel for everyone in the healthcare industry right now, but to earn respect, they need to show respect as well. #1 issue with this place is the way they treat their patients + the lack of following protocol.

Extremely rude staff at Irving location. Owner’s name is Irfan Aziz and the contact number is his. Don’t believe a word they say about guaranteeing your test results back within 24-48 hours. It’s been over 48 hours since I took PCR test, and I needed my results by then. I understand all places are slammed right now with the amount of traffic they are getting, but not being responsive is extremely unprofessional. I texted and called multiple times - no answer. Voice mail is full, and I can see from my phone that he read my texts since he had his read receipts on. So he just chose to ignore me.

Went to the clinic and the people that work there said they had no way of getting in touch with the owner (who is responsible for getting the results out).

First time using the services here and everything exceeded expectations. We had an appointment so once we checked in, we were asked to the back to do our nasal swab within 3 minutes.

Our results were delivered within 12hrs. The doctor also gave us a courtesy call about our results.

Service was friendly.
The office was clean and had sanitizing products readily available.

Though appointments are recommended, they take walk-ins. I was pleased with how they handle the few walk-ins as we waited to be called back. Unlike a testing center I frequented, Z Diagnostics accommodated the walk-ins promptly and did not make them come back.

Loved my experience here. After struggling to find a testing site open on the holidays, these guys were open and it says a lot! Doctors and nurses were working on christmas and i truly appreciate it.
Love that I can always get a hold of someone and each worker works diligently.
Have been here almost 7 times for traveling and other reasons and will definitely be going back!

I came here for PCR test before a trip overseas. They promised the result would come at midnight or morning within 24 hours and it did. The process was quick with only a few minutes wait. The clinic was very quiet on Saturday. For travel purpose, you have to pay out of pocket $125 and not covered by insurance.

Worst experience ever. Needed PCR test for travel and was promised results within 48 hours. It has been 3 days now and no results. they don’t answer their phones so you have to drive and talk to them in person. When I asked why did they promise 48 hours results test; they said the lab that they send the samples too is the one delaying it. One of them suggested that if I was in that much hurry I should go to urgent care and get it done. Urgent care doesn’t take insurance and u are telling me this on the day of my flight!!! Pathetic. Please avoid this location by all means

This place is TERRIBLE! NO SIGN up yet so we drove around. We went there to get tested for COVID before traveling internationally. First, even though there is no longer a mask mandate, they refused to serve us until we had masks. They had masks available but were reluctant to give us one. Then, even though NO ONE else was in the waiting room, we had to exit the building for the 20 minutes it took to get the results. They refused to let us wait inside. SO RUDE and will NEVER go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself time, money, and aggravation.

No drive through, they ask to come upstairs. There's a line, scheduling doesn't really work so potentially they just infect people in a room.

Hello! We moved to a suite from a drive through because of Irving city regulations. We take people in separate rooms to swab them. We are trying to do our best during a pandemic and traveling need for testing. We would really appreciate if you would do the same by spreading a bit of positivity. Thank you!

Edit: Positivity is great and I'm all the way for it. But. I still haven't received results after the test and my flight is technically in an hour. 47 hours passed, while you promise the result in under 24 hours. Am I being negative, or is that poor service? I was scheduling a drive-through test for a reason, maybe you can't conduct them legally, but the advertisement and information on Google said you can, so again, I'd like to be positive, I would have made an appointment somewhere else, but that's not good enough. Then the appointment itself is timed, but you have one line for walk-ins and appointment customers, meaning it just doesn't work, everyone waits in the same room and line. You take the test in a separate room, but for 15 minutes you keep everyone in a small room together, people who potentially have covid or make a test before a flight/meeting somebody. This defeats the purpose of the testing as helping with stopping the spread. My comment has nothing to do with negativity, I wish you luck and leave feedback for you to improve. All in all there are expectations from the service (timely, safe, etc), unfortunately you didn't score at these categories hence my rating. Thank you!

Great experience and yes fastest results. I went to the Frisco location. This was my 3rd time with them. Now, Their website has options to book appointments and enter your details. So you don't have to fill the forms in the car while waiting. They also have a bar code that you can scan and fill the forms online if you had to walk in for the tests. The owner knows what he is doing and has all the information about the tests. Feel free to talk to them before the tests (Rapid Vs PCR) and get the right information before getting tested.
